You approve every email
The send button stays blocked until you confirm you reviewed the message and have a reason to contact them. There is no silent bypass.

Nothing sends until you approve
Outreach is a tool, not a blast. Approval, unsubscribe, and a suppression list are required. There is a daily cap.
Unsubscribe is a real link
Branded email includes an unsubscribe URL. “No thanks” is honoured. The address is not mailed again.
Suppression is checked first
If an address is on the opt-out list, send is refused. Re-importing the same list does not override that.
A daily cap
Even after approval, the workspace will not send past the daily cap. That cap is a limit, not a target.
